Since
our inception in 1992, The Marvis Center has been providing Sales
Skills Training to field sales organizations; and Sales Leadership
Training to Managers, Directors and VP's in sales organizations.
In recent years, we've received a number of requests from clients
to provide field
ride-along coaching for their sales representatives
(whether they attended a Marvis training program or any other).
Based on the positive experiences our clients have had with these
ride-along coaching sessions, they began asking us to do even
more for them.
For one thing, we've been called upon to provide interim
sales management services; that is, "filling
in" for managers who were recently promoted, had left the
company, or were on leaves of absence.
We've also been asked to coach field managers in diagnosing and
addressing
performance problems of underachieving sales
reps.
As a result of the successes of these "outreach" programs,
we've decided this year to include them as standard offerings.
