Overall, a very valuable course!
I do wish I could have taken it sooner - when I was
first in the trenches with my reps and wondering how
best to approach my leadership situation.
The session was extremely valuable
in giving us a way to methodically and consistently
measure our team members.
The involvement from the team
was wonderful. Ann was wonderful; her experience and
enthusiasm are unmatched!
This really brought realistic
issues to light!
The content was very specific
to the needs of our mission: Leadership! Ann is one
pumped-up instructor!
What I liked best about
the session was the useful content and the enthusiasm

facilitator. The days went by very quickly.

for anyone. It helps you deal effectively with your
