Here are some of the questions we've been asked about
our Leadership Skills seminars, along with our responses.
Perhaps this section will answer some of your questions.
Please feel free to contact
us if you have questions that aren't answered here
or if you want to discuss anything with us.

Q: I'm a newly-promoted manager.
Should I wait a period of time before taking one of
these seminars?
A: Yes and no. New managers could be overwhelmed
by the 3-day Sales Leadership Workshop.
However, our Fundamentals Of Sales
Leadership (a 1-day seminar) is particularly
well-suited to the new manager.
|
Q: Do you offer public sessions
of any of these seminars?
A: Although they are in the planning stages,
we're not currently offering public sessions.
|
Q: Is there any way I could join
a workshop being offered to another company? I work
in a very small company, and we don't have enough
sales managers to warrant an on-site workshop.
A: Yes, and this happens very often! If there
is no conflict of interest exists between your company
and our client, we would be glad to ask our client
for permission to include you.
|
Q: I've been through Leadership
Training before. Why would I need any of these seminars?
A: You might find (as many of our clients have)
that going through the workshop with the other members
of your company's management team is very valuable.
|
Q: Describe the seminars, please.
Are they mainly lecture-based?
A: The seminars are highly interactive. Much
of the learning that happens comes from guided discussions
and role plays. And we are strong believers in the
power of "fun".
|
Q: What kind of follow-up can
there be to these seminars? I happen to believe that
follow-up is critical to the success of any training
program.
A: We agree with you about the importance of
follow-up. We almost always recommend that the LBA
be readministered 60 or 90 days after the workshop.
Also, we are working on developing Web-based professional
forums, which will serve as a valuable resource for
sales professionals.
