and preparation. We have taken the key principles from our
facilitator-led program on "Making Meetings Really Work" and
put them on this CD.

Coach Seminar for Insurance Agency Owners”
This powerful One-Day Seminar is crafted exclusively for Insurance
Agency Owners who want to grow their book of business through Team
Member development – which, in the end, influences the way their
clients, future clients, and their community think about their
Agency and the support they provide. This program is specifically
designed and delivered to its audience to contribute to the
professional and technical skills of the licensed Agents in the
areas of Property and Casualty, Life and Health, and Financial
Services. Before leaving the Seminar, the participants will develop
a first draft of an action plan of how they will embed what they
learned from this Seminar into their Agencies.
